Garden Lake is connected to 3000 acre Lake Namakagon. With its many restaurants, trophy muskie and walleye fishing and enough room for your favorite water sports, Lake Namakagon is a premier destination for the vacationer.

RATES
SPECIAL SPRING & FALL RATES (on rentals up until June 20th, 2017 and September –October) – $950.00/week
Summer Rates: $250.00/night – $1450.00/weekly
3 night minimum – Week minimum from Memorial Day – Labor Day Weekend
Rates based on 8 people
Extra person charge $25.00 per guest per night.
$80.00 cleaning fee
Pets allowed $10 per night per pet
Special June Rate: $950.00 for a week rental through June 20th!
Deposits: For stays less than a week, one half of the rental total is required. For weekly rentals half of the weekly amount is required.
Booking Fee: 4% non-refundable booking fee on all reservations
Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Holidays, or dates of area special events, i.e.: Birkebeiner, Fat Tire, Deer hunting season, etc. If you must cancel, deposits will only be refunded if NCVR is able to rent those dates you reserved. For dates other than those stated above, there is a 30 day cancellation policy.
